I had my downstairs windows replaced in May 2016, and finished the upstairs in April 2017. The Nexgen installers were prompt, polite, thorough, and updated me throughout the day on what was going on. Also, it was the same 2 installers for both dates used, a year apart, showing stability within the company. During the April 2017 install rain was in the forecast, so they made sure to complete all work they started as not to leave anything open to the elements. Also they honored their promise that if I completed any additional work within 18 months of my initial work that the pricing would be the same as the original quote.
