Cheektowaga, NY

Living in Cheektowaga

Cheektowaga got its name from the Seneca Indians, meaning the place of the crab apple tree. After the Revolutionary War, European-Americans began to settle in the town. The area began to rapidly develop after World War II to house families during the baby boom. Along with housing came the building of many factories.

Today, Cheektowaga is the second-largest suburb of Buffalo, with a population of about 80,000 residents. Cheektowaga is home to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport, as well as the Walden Galleria Mall. The Galleria is the largest mall in the Buffalo-Niagara area and boasts many shops and restaurants. With plenty of to do in the area and housing, Cheektowaga makes for a great place to settle down.

When settling down, you want to make sure your home looks great and is comfortable. Windows are an extremely important aspect of your home.
